He has since originated and closed over $1 billion in commercial real estate financings across all asset types, providing strategic capital solutions for clients' acquisition, construction, and refinancing needs. His experience spans a broad range of financing structures, including construction, bridge, and permanent loans, along with a wide array of capital providers such as commercial banks, CMBS lenders, debt funds, life insurance companies, and sources of preferred equity and mezzanine financing.
