Alex Ellman is a Senior Associate at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he supports the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and placement of commercial real estate financing on behalf of owners, investors, and developers nationwide. His experience includes more than $2.0 billion in financing transactions across multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets. Prior to joining Arrow, Mr. Ellman was an Associate at Meridian Capital Group. He graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.
