Charlie Kroot serves as an Analyst at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he supports the firm’s debt and equity placement efforts through financial analysis, underwriting, transaction execution and market research across a variety of commercial real estate asset classes. Prior to joining Arrow, Charlie was an Associate at Stagecoach Partners, where he contributed to the underwriting and execution of more than $4 billion in commercial real estate transactions across industrial, multifamily, office, retail and industrial outdoor storage properties. His experience includes financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and the preparation of investment and financing materials for institutional and private clients. Charlie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Political Economy from the University of Pennsylvania.
