Jacob Petrovic joined Arrow Real Estate Advisors as an Associate in October 2024 and plays a key role in the execution of the firm’s debt placement assignments. He manages all major phases of the financing process from start to finish, including providing underwriting support, positioning and marketing transactions to lenders, and overseeing communication between lenders and sponsors. His work places a strong emphasis on construction financing and bridge transactions for developers across the capital stack. Jacob has played a key role in the underwriting, management, and closing of over $2.5 billion in loan transactions. His experience spans a wide range of asset classes including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, industrial, and hospitality, and includes financings across senior debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity executed in major markets nationwide. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Jacob graduated from the University of Arizona, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance.
