Alex Bailkin is a Senior Vice President at Arrow Real Estate Advisors. Alex specializes in financing transitional projects with construction or value-add components. He works with a broad range of capital sources, including local and regional banks, debt funds, and government-sponsored agency lenders. Prior to joining Arrow, Alex served as a Senior Vice President in Meridian Capital Group’s structured finance division, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate financing transactions for larger owners, investors, and developers nationwide. Throughout his career, Alex has played a key role in executing over $5 billion in commercial financing transactions across all asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial.
