Porter Thomas is an Analyst at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he focuses on underwriting, structuring, and executing debt and equity placements across a broad range of property types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality. Prior to joining Arrow, he gained hands-on experience at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, supporting the Originations team, and at Atlanta Property group, where he worked on industrial acquisitions across the Southeast. Porter earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Colgate University, where he was actively involved in the Colgate Commercial Real Estate Club and Outdoor Education.
