Thomas Wayda is a Senior Director at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he leads the firm’s expansion into the Philadelphia and broader Mid-Atlantic markets. With more than a decade of institutional experience in commercial real estate finance and capital markets, he specializes in structuring and executing complex debt and equity transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, and hospitality. Thomas leverages deep relationships with banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, agencies, and alternative capital providers to deliver customized financing solutions aligned with his clients’ investment objectives. Over the course of his career, Thomas has originated or structured more than $10 billion in debt and equity capital for institutional-quality assets nationwide, with extensive experience across construction, bridge, and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining Arrow, he served as Senior Managing Director at Greystone & Co., leading a debt capital markets team focused on non-agency transactions. He previously held senior roles at Meridian Capital Group, was part of the Capital Markets team at Starwood Property Trust, and began his career in Wells Fargo’s Large Loan Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Thomas is known for his client-first approach, strong execution capabilities, and ability to navigate complex financing environments across market cycles.
