Yanni Marmarou is a Senior Director at Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he focuses on capital advisory services. He joins Arrow with nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, spanning underwriting, valuation, leasing, and investment sales. He is especially known for complex land and development transactions in Northern New Jersey. Most recently, Yanni served as Partner, Managing Director, and Broker of Record at Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG), where he launched and led the firm's New Jersey office from its opening in 2023. Under his guidance, the platform grew into a full-service investment sales operation. He was personally responsible for transacting over 2,000 units of planned residential in the Northern NJ market during his tenure. Prior to IPRG, Yanni was the Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he helped establish the firm's Northern New Jersey presence. Yanni holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, with High Honors, from the Edward J. Bloustein School at Rutgers University, and a graduate degree from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and New Jersey.
