Louis Halperin currently serves as an Associate at Arrow Real Estate Advisors’ New York City office. He is responsible for the sourcing, placement, and underwriting of commercial real estate financing transactions on behalf of large owners, investors and developers nationwide. Prior to joining Arrow Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Halperin was an Associate at Meridian Capital Group on the Structured Finance team. Mr. Halperin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management & Human Resources.
