Ronnie Levine is a Senior Advisor at Arrow Real Estate Advisors and a founding partner of Green Pine Real Estate, an investment platform deploying debt and equity capital across the commercial real estate spectrum. He brings decades of structured finance experience and deep lender relationships to Arrow’s national capital markets platform. Previously, Ronnie served as Senior Managing Director and Partner at Meridian Capital Group, where he negotiated and closed more than $10 billion in transactions and led national origination efforts across construction, repositioning, and transitional assets. He has held key industry leadership roles, including Co-Chair of REBNY’s Finance Committee.
