Before co-founding Green Pine, Seth was a Senior Managing Director at Meridian Capital Group, leading its West Coast operations from 2011 to 2024. He originated more than $13 billion in debt and equity transactions across 650+ loans, spanning transitional assets, structured finance, and advisory strategies nationwide.
