Arrow Arranges Refi for Generational Owners in Little Italy
Arrow Real Estate Advisors arranged $9.5 million in refinancing for the retail condominium at 132-138 Mulberry St., located in Manhattan’s Little Italy. The 10,000-square-foot property is owned by Mulberry Street Commercial Properties LLC, whose principals are Nathan and Josh Halegua, Ira Fishman and Dana Moskowitz.
The asset is managed by Citi-Urban Management, an affiliate of Jonis Realty, a family-run, generational real estate investment company led by Nathan and Josh Halegua. Arrow founer and managing partner Morris Betesh, managing director Justin Boruchov, SVP Morris Dabbah and associate Louis Halperin, secured the financing.
Arrow worked closely with the lender to secure favorable terms that reflect the enduring value of the location and the strength of the asset. “This transaction is a strong example of Arrow’s ability to guide generational owners through shifting market conditions while strategically expanding their lending network for long-term success,” said Boruchov.
