Arrow Real Estate Advisors has arranged a $9.2 million CMBS refinance for 85 Skillman Street, a 35-unit multifamily property located in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
The Arrow team was led by Morris Betesh, Brandon Serota, Jack McPhail and Alex Ellman. The transaction closed on August 7, 2026.
The seven-story, 29,639-square-foot property was delivered in 2014 and was fully occupied at the time of closing. The rent-stabilized building also generates additional income through parking and storage.
