Arrow Real Estate Advisors, a commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in debt and equity placement, announced that Ethan Macanian and Jonathan Buchen have joined the firm as Directors, further expanding Arrow’s origination capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic.

Macanian will be based in Philadelphia, where he will support Arrow’s expansion in the market and focus on developing new client relationships and fi nancing opportunities throughout the Philadelphia region and broader Mid-Atlantic. Buchen will work across Arrow’s New York City and New Jersey offi ces, focusing on the origination and structuring of debt and equity financing across a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes.

Macanian joins Arrow with experience spanning real estate analysis, acquisitions, capital markets, and business development. In his new role, he will help grow Arrow’s presence in Philadelphia while working with investors and property owners to identify and execute debt and equity financing opportunities.

Prior to joining Arrow, Macanian was a Real Estate Analyst at Property Markets Group in Miami, where he supported acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management activities across multifamily, mixed-use, condominium, and affordable housing assets. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.

Buchen joins Arrow with experience across equity financing, real estate development, and lending. In his role as Director, he will focus on originating and structuring financing for transactions throughout New York and New Jersey, spanning multifamily, mixed-use, office, development sites, retail, hospitality, and self-storage.

The additions of Macanian and Buchen follow a period of continued growth for Arrow as the firm expands its geographic reach and deepens its capabilities across debt and equity placement. Their appointments reinforce the firm’s strategy of combining local market expertise with a broad network of capital providers to deliver customized financing solutions for clients.
